Envoi is a visual journey shaped by fragmented memories from his early travels across the Balkans, a place where histories collide and phantom pains of the past remain deeply imprinted in the landscape.
These images, have followed me for years, raising questions about longing, vulnerability, and the invisible threads that bind us to places of conflict and history itself.
– After all this time, it is only now that I have begun to understand what these images might be about and why I took them. They do not tell a conventional story; rather, they invite a kind of reflection, an enigmatic dialogue with the past, as if the landscape itself is narrating something unspoken, something unresolved. It is not a story I am trying to tell, but rather a story being told to me - an attempt at finding some kind of closure.
